How Much Does It Cost?

What Is The First Step In Booking My Wedding With Perfect Florida Beach Wedding?
The very first step is to decide on your date. Once this decision have been made, you will need to place a Non-Refundable $250 deposit us. This can be done right on our website on the Home Page.
Can I Pay with a Credit Card?

Absolutely! You can pay your deposit right on our website using PayPal. Click here to book your Florida beach wedding.

How Far In Advance Should I Book My Wedding Date?
For the best availability it is best to book it as far in advance as possible. Saturdays book up fast. All of our dates are on a first come first serve basis and are only booked when an executed contract and Non-Refundable deposit have been received. We have brides that book as far as 1 year in advance and we also have brides that will call us on Monday and get married on Thursday…you just never know! So if you have your heart set on a particular date, booking early is your best bet.
What Do I need To Do To Secure My Date?
Once your Non-Refundable deposit of $250 has been received by our office, your Wedding Date is officially booked and the planning can begin.
What is the Best Beach to Have My Wedding Ceremony?

We are fortunate to have some of the most beautiful beaches right here in our own backyard. That being said, we do have some favorites that we recommend. Please visit the Wedding Beaches Page for more information.

Can We Choose The Location For Our Wedding Ceremony?
Absolutely! We want you to have the Wedding of your dreams so our Wedding Coordinator will work closely with your when choosing your location and making suggestions that will best suit your Beach Wedding.
Can We Have Our Wedding At The Hotel/Condo Where We Are Staying?
In most cases the answer to this is Yes. We simply need to speak with the Hotel or Condominium to ask. In some cases, the Hotel will actually charge you a fee to use their Beach.
Can I Book My Hotel or Travel Arrangements Through You?
Once you have booked your Wedding with us, your Coordinator will help with recommendations and give you a point of contact for the Hotels in the area of your Wedding. We cannot book your hotel or travel arrangements directly, but we do work very closely with the Hotels along the beach and can point you in the right direction.
What Do You Charge To Handle The Coordination Of My Wedding?

All of our Wedding packages include unlimited phone/email consultation in planning your wedding ceremony. In the event that you prefer to meet in person, there is a $150 Consultation charge.

Do You Perform Ceremonies In Locations Other Than The Beach?
Yes! There are so many beautiful parks and places around St. Pete and Clearwater that can accommodate Weddings. If your vision for your Wedding Day includes a Garden or Park Wedding we can help you with all the planning, décor, and details.
Is there a rehearsal?
There is no need to do a rehearsal. We have done this many times and with the informal and stress free nature of a Beach Wedding, it is just not needed. Our Staff will be there on the day of your wedding to assist in the order of things. Prior to your Wedding Day we will schedule a phone call to you to go over everything in detail. In the event that you still feel you need a Rehearsal, there is an additional $150 charge and it is subject to the Officiants availability.
Do You Offer Dinner Receptions?

Yes, please visit our Reception Packages Page for more information. We have teamed up with Restaurants, Caterers and Bartending Services throughout the area to offer all-inclusive packages for your Beach Wedding.

Can You Recommend Locations Or Restaurants For A Reception?
Yes, once your Wedding is booked with us our Coordinator will be happy to recommend locations for a Reception.
Can I use My Own Officiant?
We do allow for you to use your own Officiant if you choose. We do not offer any credit or substitution if you choose to use your own officiant since we will still have to have a staff member present. We just ask that you provide contact information for your Officiant so that we can coordinate arrival times for the day of your Wedding. We cannot be responsible for the late arrival of an Officiant that is booked outside of Perfect Florida Beach Wedding, LLC.
Can We Use Our Own Vows?

Yes! We understand that using your own Vows can add a very personal touch to your Wedding and we are happy to accommodate this request. We just ask that the vows are provided to us no later than 1 week prior to your Wedding Date so that we can go over them.

Can I Use My Own Photographer?
We do allow for you to use your own photographer for your wedding if you choose but we highly recommend that you use our photographers. They are specially trained in lighting techniques needed to capture that beautiful sunset. There will be no credit or substitution for the use of your own photographer with one of our packages.
Can I Book Your Photographer For Additional Time?
Yes, our Photographers can be booked for additional time. It is in 1 hour increments at $200/hour.
Do Pictures Come with My Package?
No, only the photographer’s time is included in your package. Pictures are available for purchase after your ceremony. After you arrive back home you will receive an email with a link to view your online Gallery. You can purchase the digital images, prints, or even an album at that time.
Can I Add Additional Items To My Wedding Package Such As Chairs And Decor Later?
Yes, you can add items to your Wedding Package at a later date with some restrictions. Chairs must be booked no less than 3 weeks from your Wedding Date and Décor such as Arbors is on a first come, first serve basis. We have limited amounts of Arbors and Arches so once they are booked for a particular day, they are no longer available to other Weddings being held on that same day. Chairs are also subject to availability. For the best options, Flowers must be ordered no less than 3 weeks prior to your Wedding date and during the busy Flower season (Valentines, Mother’s Day, Christmas) they should be ordered 4 weeks in advance.
Can I Choose The Flowers that are Included in My Wedding Bouquet that comes with My Beach Wedding Package?
In most cases yes, but this will have to be discussed further with your Coordinator. The bouquet most commonly used with our packages is a Hand-Tied Bouquet of Roses in your choice of colors.
Can I Upgrade the Sand Ceremony to Include Colored Sand?
Absolutely! Speak with your coordinator about the color choices we offer.
What if I don't want the Sand Ceremony & Keepsake Jar?

No, problem! The Sand Ceremony & Keepsake Jar can easily be removed from any of our Ceremony Packages.  There is no credit offered when removing this from your package. If you have your own Keepsake Jar that you would like to use, that’s no problem. Your coordinator can assist you with arranging this.  There is no credit offered when using your own Keepsake Jar or Sand.

Can I Customize The Colors For My Wedding?
Yes, we can customize the color of tie backs on our Arches. Your Wedding Coordinator can help you with the details.
What kind of Ceremony Decoration or Set Up Do you Offer?
We offer a variety of Arches, Bamboo Canopy, Chairs, and Aisle Décor that can be customized to your Wedding Colors. We also accept special requests on a regular basis to create something unique to your vision.
Do You Offer Chair Covers and Sashes?
Yes, we do offer these items for an additional Rental Rate of $3.00 per Chair.
Do you Offer Aisle Decoration?
Yes, we offer a variety of set ups that can be added to your Beach Wedding Package for an additional fee of $125. We have Tiki Torches, Lanterns, Starfish, Chair Tie Backs, and more that you can choose from. We will even work with you on your custom requests.
How Do I Obtain My Florida Marriage License?
Please see the Marriage License Information page. After booking with us your coordinator will provide you with detailed information including where to go for obtaining your Florida Marriage License.
Do We Need a Permit To Get Married on The Beach?
There are some beaches that require you to pull a permit to get married on the Beach while others are free. In determining your Ceremony location, your Coordinator will go over the permit fees. Generally, if you have more than 50 people or if you are setting up chairs, arches, or a Bamboo Canopy you will need a permit. Permit can vary in price. You Wedding Coordinator can go over the details and make suggestions for beaches that do not require a permit if you would like to avoid this expense.
What Do I Do If It Rains?
Rain is certainly something that should be thought about when planning an outdoor wedding. For this reason, we ask that you have a “Plan B” location in mind so that we can move your Ceremony in the event of rain. Your coordinator will make suggestions on a good location.
Can I order a Wedding Cake?
Once your ceremony is booked with us, your coordinator will supply you with a list of recommended vendors. In most cases, these wedding vendors will offer a discount to you when you tell them that Perfect Florida Beach Wedding recommended them.
Do You Provide Wedding Music?
When you rent the sound system from us you will have your choice of 4wedding songs to be played at your ceremony. In the event that you would like more, we simply pass on the cost paid by us to download the additionally requested songs. If you prefer live music, we can recommend musicians ranging from a harpist to steel drums.
Can you recommend a Make-Up Artist and Hair Stylist?

Once your ceremony is booked with us, your coordinator will supply you with a list of recommended vendors. In most cases, these wedding vendors will offer a discount to you when you tell them that Perfect Florida Beach Wedding recommended them.
